I'm Doug Robertson, a Service Advisor at Hooks Lincoln. My main role is to advise guests, coordinate loaner cars and guest arrivals, and act as a liaison with the customer on their vehicle service. Working here, I enjoy the team camaraderie as we strive towards common goals. At Hooks, the family treats both employees and customers like part of the Hooks family, which is one of the reasons why I love working here.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am inspired by my family and God. I enjoy playing golf on weekends and spending time with my loved ones. My wish is for every child to have a home, food, and supportive parents. If I could go on a dream vacation, I would choose to visit Peru.
